 In 1998, as a subsidiary of Joyson Holding, we started the
manufacturing of child restraint system with European customers. In
2008, we registered as Ningbo Global Kids Baby Products for Chinese
market.
In March 2010, we cooperated with VW Shanghai to develop
intergrading ISOFIX car seats. These were launched to the market in
September 2011. We are one of the first Chinese manufacturers to
develop and manufacture ISOFIX together with VW Shanghai.
With fully independent intellectual property, all of our seats
have passed ECE R44/ 04. By far, we have exported baby car seats to
more than 40 countries in Europe, South Africa, South America and
Asia. With superior management and quality control system, we have
developed a long-term business cooperation with Japan.
In 2011, we exported more than 2 million pieces of baby car
